The Monetary Policy Committee of the Qatar Central Bank reduced its key policy rates by 25 bp each, effective 11 December 2025, lowering the QCB Deposit Rate to 3.85 percent, the QCB Repo Rate to 4.10 percent and the QCB Lending Rate to 4.35 percent, after assessing prevailing monetary conditions. This follows identical 25 bp cuts in both September and October that had already taken the deposit rate down from 4.60 percent to 4.10 percent.
