The Albania Financial Services Authority’s board adopted a package of organisational and supervisory decisions, including approving an external auditing company to audit the authority’s 2025 financial statements and approving the Compensation Fund for 2026. The board also approved several administrator and board-level appointments at supervised firms and authorised the exercise of insurance agent activity. The decisions covered the reappointment of the administrator of Sigal Life Insurance Group sh.a., the appointment of the administrator of the brokerage company Posta Shqiptare sh.a., and the reappointment of executive members of the board of administration as administrator and deputy administrator of WVP Fund Management Tirana sh.a. The board additionally approved the reappointment of the administrator and the reappointment and appointment of members of the board of administration of A-Eja Insurance Broker sh.a.
