The Financial Markets Standards Board (FMSB) announced the appointment of Joanna Bonnett to the Board of Directors of FMSB Limited. Bonnett joined as a Non-Executive Director on 1 March 2026. Bonnett has 25 years of executive experience across finance, treasury, risk and sustainability and is currently Group Treasurer and Global Head of Insurance at Straumann AG, having previously served as Group Treasurer and Chief Sustainability Officer at PageGroup. Her governance and policy experience includes membership of the Association of Corporate Treasurers board from 2020 to 2025, including as Chair in 2023–24, service on Riverside Housing’s Treasury Committee, and contributions to initiatives on financial regulation and transition finance including TCFD, TPT and the Transition Finance Market Review.
