The National Securities and Stock Market Commission of Ukraine reviewed its work and set objectives and measurable key results for the fourth quarter. At the commission’s internal planning event, Chairman Oleksii Semeniuk said organizational restructuring and the removal of some bureaucratic procedures had accelerated work on market initiatives. The commission contributed to the adoption of securitization legislation and is working on deregulating nonpublic securities issues and revising the framework for collective investment institutions. It also expects further progress on legislation governing virtual assets and private pension provision. The quarterly objectives and key results process is intended to align divisions around specific outcomes, dependencies and required support.
