The Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario has appointed Julie Giraldi as its new chief human resources officer, effective July 13, 2026. In the role, she will lead FSRA’s people and culture function and oversee strategic talent and leadership priorities. FSRA said Giraldi joins from CAAT Pension Plan, where she served as chief human resources officer and led people and culture activities including talent management, leadership development, succession planning and total rewards. The release highlights her role during a period of growth at CAAT that included a 500% increase in headcount and employee engagement of 85%, as well as earlier senior leadership roles at OMERS, the Ontario Hospital Association, eHealth Ontario and the Toronto Transit Commission.
