The Securities and Exchange Commission of the Republic of North Macedonia has outlined its participation in Global Money Week 2026, a nationwide financial education programme running from 16 to 22 March 2026 under the theme “Smart Money Talks”. The initiative is being marked jointly with the National Bank, the Ministry of Finance, the Capital Finance Pension Insurance Supervision Agency and the Insurance Supervision Agency, alongside private and civil-sector partners active in financial education. Planned activities include lectures for different age groups, publication of educational materials on finance websites, in-person and online workshops, and social media content. The Commission will organise the first round of the European Money Quiz on 16 March to select the best teams from registered participants, followed by the national final match of the leading teams on 19 March as part of the week’s programme.
