The Central Bank of Ireland has issued a warning on AllianceBernstein Limited (Clone), stating that the entity is not authorised to operate in Ireland as an investment firm or investment business firm. The notice says the scam entity cloned the name and address of a legitimate firm authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland in order to appear credible. The central bank said there is no connection between the authorised firm and the clone entity. The name was published under Section 53 of the Central Bank (Supervision and Enforcement) Act 2013.
