Blue Insurance Limited confirmed it has no connection with the messages, and the authority advised anyone who has provided information or conducted transactions via the fraudsters to contact Blue and report the case to the Hong Kong Police Force. It also pointed the public to the Register of Authorized Insurers on the Insurance Authority website for official insurer details.
