The Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority reported that the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs updated Switzerland’s SECO Sanctions Management database on Aug. 14, 2026, following an Aug. 13 decision by the relevant United Nations sanctions committee to amend the directly applicable list of sanctioned persons, companies and organizations linked to ISIL (Da’esh) and Al-Qaida.
