The Vietnam State Securities Commission published a notice requiring the individuals named in an attached list to pay the prescribed fee to complete procedures for re-issuance of securities practising certificates, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid either by bank transfer to the Commission’s accounts at the specified banks or in person at the Commission. Payment instructions require the remittance description to include the recipient’s name and identification or passport number. If the recipient does not complete the procedure to collect the certificate within one year from the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.
