The role combines market policy and supervisory work, including developing and maintaining market policies and guidelines, reviewing corporate actions filed with the Commission, assessing listed-company disclosures for compliance with issuer requirements, and providing analysis to support regulatory decisions. The position also covers enterprise risk management, fintech engagements and regulatory sandbox testing, market research, and market development initiatives aligned with international trends. The Commission is seeking candidates with relevant degrees in areas such as economics, finance, accounting, law or banking, a master's degree in a related field, and at least five years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, merchant banking or a related investments environment.
