The Central Bank of Cyprus has opened a procurement for external support services for onsite inspections at supervised institutions in connection with compliance with Cyprus' anti-money laundering law, related directives and relevant European Union regulations. The contract is planned for a three-year period and has an estimated total value of EUR 900,000 excluding VAT. The procurement will run under an open procedure, with award based on the most economically advantageous tender by price. The central bank intends to structure the contract in separate lots, requires bidders to submit offers covering two categories of supervised institutions, and may appoint up to four contractors, allocating institutions according to the ranking of bids as set out in the tender documents. Tenders are due by 7 August 2026 at 12:00 p.m. Cyprus time.
