Hellenic Capital Market Commission confirms abolition of the additional 2.4% stamp duty on its fees and periodic contributions
The Hellenic Capital Market Commission will eliminate the 2.4% stamp duty and digital transaction duty on fees and periodic contributions starting 1 December 2024. This adjustment, in accordance with Part B of Law 5135/2024, ensures payments are made at the stated amounts without additional charges.
