The updated framework allows those markets to enter into agreements or contracts covering redistribution of real-time market data by their member agents to clients operating through the ADM, as well as the use, distribution and redistribution of that information by other markets and their member agents, including their clients. The resolution also clarifies that disputes among capital market participants regarding the use, destination, distribution or redistribution of market data are to be handled in the private sphere.
