The Securities and Exchange Regulator of Cambodia (SERC) hosted a study visit by the General Department of Taxation (GDT) to discuss the process for recording public shareholder information traded in Cambodia’s securities market, to support the GDT’s work on the legal framework, regulations and operational procedures, including a presentation by ACLEDA Bank Plc representatives acting as securities registrar agent, transfer agent and paying agent on recording public shareholder information in the primary and secondary markets.
