The Saudi Arabia Insurance Authority is participating in the launch of five specialized training programs delivered by the Financial Academy to prepare more than 125 recent graduates for insurance sector employment. Developed with the sector skills councils at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development and the Human Resources Development Fund, the programs combine specialist training with professional qualifications in priority areas and also target health insurance technicians. The initiative supports the National Insurance Sector Strategy’s focus on human capital. The strategy includes eight workforce initiatives covering specialist training, professional incentives and partnerships linking required skills to market needs, with the goal of increasing insurance sector employment to more than 38,000 jobs by 2030.
