At its Annual General Meeting, the National Bank of Belgium re-elected Frédéric Rouvez, Géraldine Van der Stichele and Griet Smaers as regents, and elected Amaury Stas de Richelle, Etienne de Callataÿ, Anne Vereecke, Annelore Van Hecke and Bart Buysse as regents. The meeting also reappointed KPMG Réviseurs d’entreprises Bedrijfsrevisoren, represented by Stephane Nolf, as company auditor for a further three-year term. Following these decisions, the Council of Regency consists of the five members of the Board of Directors led by Governor Pierre Wunsch, five regents appointed on the proposal of the social partners, and nine regents appointed on the proposal of the minister of finance. The newly elected members are split across those two appointment channels, with Bart Buysse joining the social partner nominees and the other four newly elected regents joining the minister of finance nominees.

National Bank of Belgium updates Council of Regency after re-electing three regents electing five others and renewing KPMG audit mandate
The National Bank of Belgium’s Annual General Meeting re-elected three regents, elected five new regents, and reappointed KPMG Réviseurs d’entreprises Bedrijfsrevisoren, represented by Stephane Nolf, as auditor for a further three-year term. The Council of Regency now comprises the five members of the Board of Directors led by Governor Pierre Wunsch, five regents proposed by the social partners, and nine regents proposed by the minister of finance, with Bart Buysse joining the social partner nominees and the other four new regents joining the minister’s nominees.
