The Union of Arab Securities Authorities published an update on changes to Kuwait’s Capital Markets Authority (CMA) leadership, reporting that Emad Tifoni has been appointed Chairman of the CMA Board of Commissioners for a four-year term, renewable for one further term, under Amiri Decree No. 66 of 2025. The board has been formed with Rayyan Al-Zaid as Vice Chairman and Tareq Shihab, Hessa Al-Roumi and Thamer Al-Nisf as members.
