The Danish Financial Supervisory Authority has announced changes to its board following the Danish Ministry of Business Affairs’ appointment of Anne Marie Jess Hansen as a new member, alongside the departure of Martin Tvede Zachariasen. Jess Hansen, CEO of the CBS Executive Foundation and a member of the State IT Council, joins the board from 1 April 2025 for a three-year term. Zachariasen steps down after serving on the board since 1 July 2021. Marianne Rørslev Bock and Carsten Nøddebo Rasmussen have been reappointed for new three-year terms.
