Vietnam State Securities Commission’s Technology and Digital Transformation Department published the contractor selection result for a package to deploy a solution for permanently wiping data on storage devices holding classified documents, as well as on servers, virtual machines and SAN systems. The contract was awarded to Công ty Cổ phần Công nghệ An ninh mạng Quốc gia Việt Nam for VND 1,858,000,000 (inclusive of applicable taxes, fees and charges). The package budget was VND 1,915,000,000 and was procured via domestic open competitive bidding conducted online under a lump-sum contract. The implementation period is set at 180 days from the contract’s effective date. Two other bidders were not selected: Công ty Cổ phần TMGS Việt Nam, whose e-bid submission did not meet the evaluation criteria on bidder capacity and experience, and Công ty TNHH Công nghệ Smartnet, which ranked second.
