Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Finance announced that Minister of Finance Mohammed Aljadaan will head the Kingdom’s delegation to the first G20 Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors meeting under South Africa’s G20 presidency, to be held in Cape Town on February 26-27, 2025. The delegation includes officials from the Ministry of Finance and the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA). The meeting brings together G20 finance ministers and central bank governors, representatives from invited countries, and heads of international and regional financial organisations to discuss the global economic outlook, the international financial architecture, infrastructure, sustainable finance, international taxation, and financial sector issues.
