The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has published draft rules and opened a public consultation on the required content and publication of collective investment funds’ business reports. The draft was adopted at the authority’s 106th session on 16 January 2025, under Article 154(4) of the Law on Investment Funds (Official Gazette of Montenegro, Nos. 54/11 and 13/18). Interested parties are invited to submit comments, proposals and suggestions to the authority in writing.

The Montenegro Capital Market Authority has released draft rules for public consultation regarding the content and publication of collective investment funds’ business reports. These rules were adopted at the authority’s 106th session under Article 154(4) of the Law on Investment Funds.
