The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission has adopted, at second reading, amendments to two ordinances covering insurance broker professional qualification and recognition of qualifications from other European Union Member States, and the fee schedule collected by the Commission. The first set of changes updates Ordinance No. 28 of 10 May 2006 on the terms and conditions for conducting an examination for professional qualification of insurance brokers, recognition of a qualification acquired in a Member State, and registration of materials for vocational training. The second amends Ordinance No. 76 of 12 June 2025 on the fees collected by the Financial Supervision Commission. Promulgation of both amending ordinances in the State Gazette is forthcoming.
