The Ontario Securities Commission has issued the 2026 Risk Assessment Questionnaire for registrants, a supervisory data collection used in its risk-based oversight, examination planning and evidence-based decision-making. Registrants active as of December 31, 2025 must complete and submit the questionnaire through the OSC Electronic Filing Portal by June 17, 2026. Portal access was provided in an email to registrants, and the OSC has made available supporting materials including frequently asked questions, a user guide, a PDF reference version of the questionnaire, a list of OSC contacts and information on an outreach webinar on completing the RAQ. Registrants that were active as of December 31, 2025 but did not receive the RAQ are asked to contact the OSC as soon as possible, and the webinar is scheduled for May 14, 2026.
