The Czech National Bank has published the results of its survey of daily average turnovers on the money market for the week of 20–24 April 2026. Compared with the January survey, average daily turnover in deposit operations rose to CZK 45.9 billion from CZK 37.4 billion, driven by higher volumes with non-residents, whose share of total volume increased to 95.5% from 90%. By maturity, deposits from one week to one month were the largest segment, accounting for 55.8% of the total. Repo volumes fell by 9.5% from the previous period, leaving repos with a 50% share of total turnover. Turnover in both interest rate swaps and forward rate agreements increased against January, by 28% and 198% respectively, and all derivative trades were conducted with non-residents. The Czech National Bank said it carries out the survey four times a year, in January, April, July and October.

Deposits with maturities from one week to one month formed 55.8% of volumes, repo volumes declined by 9.5% to a 50% share, and turnover in interest rate swaps and forward rate agreements rose by 28% and 198% respectively, all derivatives traded with non-residents.
