The Vietnam State Securities Commission’s Technology and Digital Transformation Department has published the contractor selection results for a package covering renewal of security system software licences, extended warranty, and one year of technical support for certain information security solutions used in the commission’s IT systems. The contract was awarded to Technical Application and Production One Member Limited Liability Company at a winning price of VND 9.22 billion, inclusive of applicable taxes and fees. The approved budget for the package was VND 9.24 billion, procured through an open, domestic, online tender and structured as a lump-sum contract. Delivery is set for 455 days from the date the contract takes effect. BNA Technology Solutions Company was not selected because its e-bid submission did not meet the capability and experience evaluation criteria set out in the tender documents.
