The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan said it is continuing supervisory measures for non-bank credit institutions and, under the Law on Non-Bank Credit Institutions, its board revoked the licence of E-Kredit Non-Bank Credit Institution LLC on 13 May 2026 following the firm’s voluntary application, with the institution required to cease operations when the decision takes effect and to be liquidated in accordance with the Civil Code.

The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan revoked the licence of E-Kredit Non-Bank Credit Institution LLC on 13 May 2026 following the firm’s voluntary application, as part of its ongoing supervision of non-bank credit institutions. E-Kredit must cease operations when the decision takes effect and be liquidated in accordance with the Civil Code.
