The Bank of Italy has signed an agreement with Società Italiana di Econometria (SIdE), the Italian Econometric Association, to fund scholarships aimed at encouraging women to enter economics and finance. The initiative will support ten outstanding female master’s or PhD students, or junior researchers, to attend SIdE’s summer schools and postgraduate courses.
