The Bulgaria Financial Supervision Commission approved the prospectus for an initial public offering of shares to be issued by Smart Organic AD and issued a set of related authorisation and registration decisions covering investment and insurance intermediation. The approved offering covers up to 710,250 ordinary, registered, dematerialised voting shares with a nominal value of EUR 0.51 and an issue price of EUR 15.00 per share (ISIN BG1100005153), and the share issue was entered in the register of public companies and other issuers of securities as being in the process of issuance. The Commission also approved Simeon Petkov as manager of bound agent Edge Capital Ltd., acknowledged Martin Bogoychev’s qualifications to act as an investment consultant and as a broker of financial instruments, and registered PALAUZOV EOOD as an insurance broker.
