The Brazil Securities Commission (CVM), through its Investor Education Advisory Committee, has opened free submissions for the 19th Investor Education Press Award, which recognises journalism that explains basic personal finance, financial planning and investment concepts or helps investors understand the characteristics, opportunities and risks of the capital markets. Eligible entries are reports published between 1 January and 31 December 2025 in four categories: national newspaper coverage, local or regional newspaper coverage, magazines (national, regional or local circulation), and digital media (journalistic portals with a Brazilian domain, with PDF evidence of publication). Blogs are not eligible. Winners in each category receive BRL 5,000 plus a certificate and plaque, with the cash prize split among co-authors. Submissions are accepted until 17:00 on 31 January 2026 via the Portal do Investidor, and participants may enter multiple categories with up to three texts per category, submitting a separate entry form for each work.
