The National Bank of Serbia published a reminder that the second instalment of the 2025 personal property tax falls due on 15 May and can be paid at the Ministry of Finance Treasury Administration counters without commission only by using the Dina card. It also highlighted that the Dina card can be used at the same counters, without commission, to pay personal income tax, motor vehicle sales tax, personal income tax on income from agriculture and forestry, and mandatory social insurance contributions for farmers. The notice added that Dina card payments at Treasury Administration counters can be used to settle other public-revenue obligations and liabilities to users of public funds, including bills for entities with sub-accounts in the Treasury Administration and those holding accounts in commercial banks such as electricity utilities, PUC Infostan Technologies, PUC Informatika Novi Sad and Telekom a.d.
