The Reserve Bank of India has designated Punjab National Bank as the lead bank for the newly formed district of Hansi in the State of Haryana. Hansi was notified as a new district by the Government of Haryana via a gazette notification dated December 19, 2025. The Reserve Bank of India also allotted the district working code 02V to Hansi and confirmed there is no change in lead bank assignments for other districts in Haryana.
