The Bank of Cape Verde has published its Summary of Risk Indicators for supervision of the Cape Verdean payment system for the fourth quarter of 2025, reporting on service availability, concentration and operational and financial risk conditions across key infrastructures. The vinti4 network, supported by 240 active ATMs, recorded a cash withdrawal availability ratio of 89.7%. In the Deposit and Settlement Management System (SGDL), the three largest participants accounted for 86.18% of transaction values and 66.52% of operations, but the system operated securely without reaching levels of financial or operational risk considered critical for the country. The peak value transacted was recorded during the December festive period on 22 December, at CVE 239,715.3 million.
