The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that Fortified Capital Ltd, the external manager of AEQ CAPITAL MANAGEMENT RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, has notified the regulator that it has initiated a procedure for the fund’s dissolution and liquidation under the Alternative Investment Funds Law of 2018. Until the process is completed, the Registered Alternative Investment Fund (RAIF167) will remain on the RAIFs Registry and on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation”. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the register once the dissolution and liquidation are completed and all required documents have been submitted.
