The Financial Superintendency of Colombia launched RelatorÍA Inteligente, an artificial intelligence platform that converts rulings on disputes between supervised entities and financial consumers into structured, traceable case summaries. The platform centralizes first and second instance decisions, identifies relevant judgments and case law trends, links related rulings, and provides access to original decisions and AI supported summaries. The platform initially covers rulings issued from January through June 2026, with earlier decisions to be added progressively through 2022. Testing produced 621 summaries in five hours, 62 times the capacity of the manual process, while projected monthly capacity is about 89,280 summaries. The system operates within the superintendency’s infrastructure and applies access controls, personal data protections, automated validation and traceability against original rulings, with outputs reviewed before publication and no information used to train external services.
