The Central Bank of Latvia has granted Noah LV SIA licences to provide crypto-asset services and operate as a payment institution. The crypto-asset licence covers custody and administration, exchanges for funds, order execution and transfers on behalf of clients, while the payment institution licence authorizes payment transactions, credit transfers and standing orders. The crypto-asset authorization was issued under the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation and allows Noah LV to provide services across the European Union through the cross-border notification mechanism. The Central Bank of Latvia has now licensed 12 companies under the regulation and 13 payment institutions.

The Central Bank of Latvia has licensed Noah LV SIA to provide specified crypto-asset and payment services. Its crypto-asset authorization may be used across the European Union through the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation cross-border notification mechanism.
