The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan announced an expansion of its citizen reception arrangements by broadening digital channels on the myGov platform, covering both electronic submissions and advance booking for in-person meetings. Since April 2025, citizens have been able to send electronic applications to the central bank via myGov to support faster receipt and responses. The new feature is an online queue system integrated into myGov that lets users reserve a visit without going to the central bank in advance by entering the intended date, time and contact number under “New reservation”. On the appointment date, the citizen attends the relevant reception room, enters an SMS confirmation code into the queue system and receives a queue number that is used to arrange a meeting with the responsible staff member. Reservations can also be cancelled via the “Cancel reservation” section on myGov.
