The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled the Australian financial services (AFS) licence of Ivy League Capital Pty Ltd after the firm failed to lodge audited financial reports and did not maintain membership of the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) scheme. The cancellation follows Ivy League Capital’s failure to lodge audited financial reports for the year ended 30 June 2022 and for all subsequent years for which audited financial reports were required. Ivy League Capital held AFS licence number 514905 and was authorised to deal in and provide financial product advice on deposit and payment products and interests in managed investment schemes, and to provide custodial or depository services to wholesale clients. The licence cancellation took effect from 17 November 2025. Ivy League Capital can apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of ASIC’s decision.
