Vietnam’s State Securities Commission (SSC) published an invitation to tender for a consultancy package to supervise implementation of the SSC’s overall information technology system supporting its management and supervisory functions. The package is structured as a consulting contract funded by public investment from the state budget, with a 12-month performance period from the contract’s effective date. Supplier selection will be conducted as a domestic open tender via the National E-Procurement System using a one-stage, two-envelope procedure. Electronic bidding documents will be issued from 31 December 2025 until before 10:00 on 19 January 2026, with bid submission closing and bid opening scheduled for 10:00 on 19 January 2026 on the National E-Procurement System.
