The package would establish centralized cyber monitoring for the commission’s information systems and provide operational support intended to keep systems running continuously and stably. The procurement is funded from the state budget under the commission’s digital transformation operating budget. The scope includes 24/7 cybersecurity monitoring and incident handling coordination, alongside 24/7 support for managing and operating the commission’s IT infrastructure. The contract term is 1,125 days from the effective date of the contract. The procurement will be run as a domestic open online tender using a one stage, one envelope process. E-bidding documents are available from 27 May 2026 until 14:00 on 15 June 2026, which is also the deadline for bid submission and the scheduled bid opening time. Bid security is set at VND 690 million.
