Dominican Republic's Pensions Superintendency (SIPEN) has granted Parval Puesto de Bolsa the “Here We Know about Pensions” seal, making it the first brokerage firm in the country to receive the certification. The seal attests that more than 70% of Parval’s employees have successfully completed specialised training on the Dominican Pension System. SIPEN reported that 74% of Parval’s staff completed the programme, which it described as an accessible, didactic course delivered through short videos. Superintendent Francisco A. Torres presented the certification to Parval executive vice-president Francina Marte de Tiburcio, and SIPEN noted that more than 6,000 workers have been trained through the initiative. SIPEN indicated it will continue promoting pension education to broaden uptake among companies and individuals.
