The State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) announced the Governor’s decision appointing a new Director of the SBV Transaction Office. Under Decision No. 3339/QD-NHNN dated 30 September 2025, Nguyễn Anh Tuấn was transferred from his role as Deputy Director of the SBV’s Department of Organisation and Personnel and appointed as Director of the Transaction Office with effect from 1 October 2025. The appointment term is five years from the date of appointment, and Deputy Governor Phạm Thanh Hà tasked the incoming Director and staff with delivering core functions and organising the unit effectively to complete assigned mandates.
