The Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan has announced the completion of its support program for the development of economic journalism for students in the International Journalism program at Azerbaijan University of Languages. The initiative provided training on central banking and key financial agenda topics in a simplified format, aimed at helping students develop the skills needed to report on economic news. Training sessions delivered by central bank staff during April and May covered eight main areas and included practical guidance on preparing economic news. A closing ceremony was held on June 29 at the central bank’s administrative building with participation from bank staff, university representatives, students and media figures, and students who completed the program received certificates.
