The Vietnam State Securities Commission issued a notice instructing individuals named in an attached list to pay the statutory fee for issuance of securities practising certificates to complete the licensing process. The fee is VND 1,000,000 per person, applying the schedule set out in the Ministry of Finance’s Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC on securities-sector fees and charges at the Commission. Payment can be made by bank transfer to the Commission’s designated accounts at VietinBank or Vietcombank or paid directly at the Commission. If a recipient does not complete the procedure to receive the certificate within one year from the date of the Commission’s fee-payment notice, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the issued securities practising certificate.
