The Vietnam State Securities Commission has issued a notice requiring individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay the prescribed fee to complete the process for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate, in line with Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC. The re-issuance fee is set at VND 1,000,000 per person and can be paid by bank transfer or directly to the Commission. If an individual does not complete the procedure to receive the re-issued certificate within one year of the fee-notification, the Commission will issue a decision cancelling the certificate that was granted.

The Vietnam State Securities Commission mandates individuals listed in an attached schedule to pay a VND 1,000,000 fee for re-issuance of a securities practising certificate, as per Ministry of Finance Circular 25/2022/TT-BTC.
