The Slovenia Securities Market Agency has published updated online user manuals under its e-legislation framework covering the Investment Funds and Management Companies Act (e-ZISDU-3), the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Act (e-ZUAIS), and related decisions on key elements and types of investment funds and on management company operations. It also published for the first time the e-Act on forms of alternative investment funds (e-ZOAIS), which more precisely defines the AIF structures that can be established in Slovenia. The manuals are designed to let users navigate from individual legislative provisions to associated content, including implementing general acts and relevant European Union materials such as directives, regulations, and European Securities and Markets Authority guidelines and Q&As. They also include links to positions of the ATVP Council and to supervisory measures or case law, and are intended for both directly affected entities and a wider professional audience including courts, ministries, lawyers, consulting firms, and auditors.
