France’s Financial Markets Authority (AMF) and Prudential Supervision and Resolution Authority (ACPR) have published an update identifying 36 unauthorized websites added to their blacklists in the third quarter of 2026. These comprise 26 websites offering foreign exchange investments and 10 offering crypto asset derivatives, bringing additions since the start of 2026 to 57 and 36, respectively. The blacklists are updated frequently but are not exhaustive because new unauthorized operators regularly emerge. Investors should verify intermediaries against the registers of authorized investment service providers, financial investment advisers or crowdfunding service providers. If an intermediary appears on none of these registers, investors are strongly advised not to respond to its solicitations, as it could be breaching applicable legislation and failing to observe basic investor protection, disclosure or complaints handling rules.
