The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that AIFCAP Managers Ltd, the external manager of ACORN TO OAKS RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC, has notified CySEC of the initiation of a procedure for the dissolution and liquidation of the registered alternative investment fund (RAIF). ACORN TO OAKS RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC (Registration Number RAIF149) will remain registered in the RAIFs Registry and continue to appear on CySEC’s website with a notice stating “under liquidation” until the dissolution and liquidation are completed. CySEC will delete the RAIF from the RAIFs Register once the process is completed and all necessary documents are submitted.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) announced that AIFCAP Managers Ltd has initiated the dissolution and liquidation of ACORN TO OAKS RAIF V.C.I.C. PLC. The fund will remain on the RAIFs Registry with a "under liquidation" notice until the process is finalized. CySEC will remove the fund from the registry upon completion and submission of required documents.
