The Vietnam State Securities Commission’s Information Technology Department has cancelled a domestic e-tender to procure replacement servers for the Commission’s information disclosure system, after determining that none of the submitted electronic bid dossiers met the requirements set out in the tender documents. The cancelled package had an estimated value of VND 8.267bn and was structured as a lump-sum contract with a 240-day implementation period from the contract’s effective date. No winning bidder was selected; three bidders were found not to meet capability and experience requirements and two were found not to meet technical requirements, and the cancellation was made under point a, clause 1, article 17 of Bidding Law No. 22/2023/QH15.
