The Moroccan Capital Market Authority published a threshold crossing notice stating that HAKAM ABDELLATIF FINANCE S.A has crossed upward the 5% participation threshold in Les Eaux Minérales d’Oulmès (LEMO) following an on-market acquisition. HAKAM ABDELLATIF FINANCE S.A reported purchasing 12,000 LEMO shares on the central market on 25 December 2025 at MAD 1,250 per share, bringing its holding to 100,004 shares, representing 5.05% of LEMO’s share capital. It also indicated it intends to continue purchasing the security within six months following the threshold crossing.
